This podcast is a motivational narrative, spoken by Dr. Sherry L. Ackerman, that invites riders to seek freedom and spontaneity. It looks at the ways in which we leash…or limit…ourselves and the potentiality for breaking loose from those old patterns. It is suggested that you listen to it as a part of an exercise in which you turn your horse loose in the arena and the two of you play together. Really play! Kick up your heels, run, jump! Find the kind of Spirit within you that comes quite naturally for the Horse.
